E Source

E Source is tucked away in the Skyline Apartments on Langford Road in Shanthinagar. We are in unit 002. It’s a decent spot in Bangalore, not as noisy as the city center but still close enough to everything. The office is on the ground floor, so we don’t have to worry about elevators. It’s a pretty basic setup. We have our desks, some computers, and a lot of papers scattered around. We do sourcing work and handle various tech-related tasks. It’s not the kind of place you’d see in a magazine. We have some old coffee mugs on the desks and cables running along the floor. We’ve been here for a while now and the neighbors in the apartment complex are used to us coming and going. Sometimes we take a walk down Langford Road when we need a break from the office air. Shanthinagar has some nice old trees that give good shade. We don't have any big corporate speeches ready for people. We just talk like normal people do. If there’s work to be done, we do it. We don't have a receptionist, so usually, whoever is closest to the door just says hello. It’s a relaxed place to work, though it gets busy when we have deadlines. We just keep things moving and don't make a big deal out of it.
