Dynamic Manpower Services

You can find us at the Dsi College area in Kumar Swamy Layout. Bangalore is a big, messy city, and this part of town has its own rhythm because of all the students and the college nearby. We’ve been operating from here for a bit, focusing on manpower services. It’s a lot of coordination, really. We spend our time talking to people who need jobs and businesses that need staff. Since we are near DSI, there’s always a lot of young energy around, which is nice. Our office isn't anything to write home about—it's just a functional space where we keep our files and take our calls. The traffic in Kumar Swamy Layout can be a real headache, especially during the peak hours, but we’re used to it by now. We don’t use any big corporate language here. If you come in, we’ll just talk to you like a normal person. We aren't interested in being the biggest company in India; we just want to do a decent job for the people who walk through our door. It’s a lot of data entry and phone work. Sometimes the power goes out and we just have to sit and wait, but that’s part of the deal here. We just keep plugging away, trying to help folks find their next paycheck and keeping things moving. It's a simple life, mostly spent looking at lists and making phone calls.
