Dwarkamai Spices

Our place is at 45-12, right opposite the RMZ Techo Space Business Park in Bellandur. Being across from a big business park makes for an interesting mix. You see all these people in suits and with badges walking around, while we are over here covered in spice dust. The smell of the spices is really strong inside the shop, sometimes it gets into your clothes and follows you home. We spend our days measuring out bags and checking the quality of what comes in from the suppliers. It is a lot of manual work, honestly. We have these grinders that make a lot of noise, so it is rarely quiet here during the day. Bellandur traffic is pretty bad, so we usually try to get our heavy lifting done early in the morning before the roads get blocked up. The shop itself is tucked away just enough that you have to be looking for it, but once you find us, you know exactly where we are because of the scent. We keep the shelves stocked as best as we can. It is just a few of us working here, trying to keep things moving. We do not have a lot of fancy equipment, mostly just scales and bags and a few machines. It is a steady rhythm of filling, sealing, and stacking. Sometimes we chat with the delivery guys for a bit, but mostly it is just work from start to finish.
