You can find us at Number 99 on the Hope Farm side of the Hoody-Whitefield Road. It’s a busy stretch these days with all the new buildings going up everywhere. Duckworth Flavours (India) Pvt. Ltd. has been sitting here while the whole area changed around us. We work with flavors, which is a bit different from the tech companies that are our neighbors. Sometimes the air around our gate smells like vanilla or citrus, depending on what’s being worked on that day. It’s an interesting place to be. The building isn't a modern glass box; it’s more of a functional workspace. We have a small lab and a lot of storage. The people working here are mostly locals who have been with us through all the road constructions and the changes in the neighborhood. We don’t have a fancy reception area with a couch. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us in our white coats or moving boxes around. We keep things simple and focus on the orders we have to fill. Lunch is usually brought from home and eaten in the small break room. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or big ads. Word of mouth and long-term relationships are what keep us going. It’s a specialized trade, but at the end of the day, it’s just a job that we try to do well. The traffic outside is loud, but inside we just focus.
