Our place is located at No: 99, right near Hope Farm on the Hoody-Whitefield Road. If you know Whitefield, you know how much it has grown over the years with all the traffic and the new buildings. Duckworth Flavours (India) Pvt Ltd has been part of this area for a long time. We aren’t a giant corporate entity with thousands of employees; we are just a focused group of people working on flavors and ingredients. Inside our facility, it’s mostly about mixing, testing, and making sure the batches are right. It’s practical work and it requires a lot of attention to detail. The smells from the lab can be quite strong sometimes, which is just part of the job. We don’t have a big, shiny office. Most of our space is dedicated to the actual production and storage.
