Dominus Fine Dine

We are located in Whitefield, right near the SSN Model School at number 669. Being so close to the school means we see a lot of parents and kids throughout the week. Dominus Fine Dine sounds like it might be a stiff, formal place, but we try to keep it relaxed. We’ve got tablecloths and decent plates, but we aren't the type to get upset if someone drops a fork. The kitchen is where most of the action happens. We’ve got a team that’s been together for a while, so they know how to work around each other without getting in the way. We spend a lot of time on our sauces and making sure the vegetables are cut just right. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but it pays off when the plates come back empty. We don't do much advertising; most people just find us because they live in the apartments nearby or they work in the tech parks and want a real meal instead of fast food. The lighting is a bit dim because we think it makes the place feel more comfortable after a long day of work. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a rattling noise, but we’re hoping to get that fixed next month. We just try to serve good portions and make sure everyone leaves feeling full. It's a simple goal for us and we work hard at it every single evening.
