We’ve been here on Gill Road for a while now, right at Street No 14 in Domlur. It is a busy spot and the traffic outside never really seems to stop. Inside, it’s mostly just the sound of the ovens and the boxes being folded. We start pretty early getting the kitchen ready. The dough needs to be prepped and the toppings are chopped up fresh every morning. It’s a lot of work that people don’t see when they just walk in to grab a quick bite. Our team is small, just a few local folks who live nearby and know the shortcuts around the neighborhood. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other times it’s quiet enough to actually hear the clock on the wall. We don’t have fancy decorations or anything like that. The chairs are just regular chairs and the floor gets scuffed from all the feet coming through. People come in from the offices nearby or just stop by on their way home. We try to keep things moving fast because nobody likes waiting when they are hungry. There isn't much to say about why we do it, it's just what we do every day. We open the doors, turn on the heat, and start making food until it's time to go home. It gets hot in the kitchen, especially in the afternoons, but you get used to it after a week or two. We just keep our heads down and work.
