Dominos

We are over in Koramangala 1st Block on the 1st G Main road. This part of Bangalore is always buzzing with people, especially the younger crowd. Our shop is right in the middle of all that action. It is a busy place to work because something is always happening. We don't have a fancy dining room with a lot of space. It’s more of a functional area where we focus on getting the food ready and out the door. The heat from the ovens is something you have to get used to, especially in the afternoons. We have a small crew and we all know our roles. There is no corporate talk here; we just tell each other what needs to be done. The delivery bikes are parked outside and they are constantly coming and going. We see a lot of regular faces from the neighborhood. Some people just stop by for a quick chat while they wait. The floor gets a bit messy when it’s raining outside, so we spend a lot of time with the mop. It is a fast-paced environment and it can be tiring by the end of the shift. We don't have any grand mission or anything. We just make sure the orders are right and the kitchen stays clean. It’s just a regular job in a very busy corner of Koramangala.
