We operate out of Ramamurthy Nagar, specifically in Dasappa Layout at Shree Suryalakshmi Nilaya. It’s a quiet enough street most of the time. This is Divakars Insurance And Home Loans. We spend a lot of time looking at forms and trying to figure out the best way to help folks get their paperwork sorted. Dealing with banks and insurance companies can be a real headache, so we take that on here. It’s not a big glass building. It’s a house, which makes it feel a bit more comfortable for everyone who drops by. We’re on the 3rd Cross, 3rd Lane, so it can be a little tricky to find if you aren't from around here. I usually tell people to look for the sign near the gate. Sometimes the neighbors’ dogs bark when someone new pulls up, but they are harmless. We’ve been doing this for a few years now. The office room is small but filled with files from floor to ceiling. My coffee gets cold because I’m usually on the phone or typing something up. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us making sure things don't fall through the cracks. It's honest work.
