Diamond Time Corner

Diamond Time Corner is located at No.639 in the Bhandari Mansion. We are right across from the Bata Showroom in Chickpet. If you've been to Chickpet, you know how crowded and narrow the lanes can be. It's always full of people shopping for everything under the sun. Our shop is right in the middle of all that energy. We mostly focus on watches and clocks here. The Bhandari Mansion is an old building with a lot of character. We have shelves filled with different styles of timepieces. Some are old-fashioned wall clocks and some are modern wristwatches. We spend our time checking movements and changing out batteries. It's a lot of fine work. The noise from the street outside never really stops during the day. You can hear vendors calling out and the honking of horns. It’s just part of being in Chickpet. We have customers who have been coming to us for years, sometimes bringing their children’s watches to be sized. We don't have a lot of space, so we have to be smart about how we store things. Every corner of the shop has something in it. It's a busy little place but we like it that way. We open up the shop every morning and stay until the market starts to quiet down in the evening. There is always something to fix or a clock to wind up. It keeps us busy and the day goes fast.
