Diamond Bucket Industries

Diamond Bucket Industries is based at 38/4C in the Nt Yard Layout, just off Mysore Road in Avalahalli. It’s an industrial area, so there’s not much to look at except for other factories and trucks. We spend our days in a large shed where we produce plastic buckets. It’s a noisy environment because the machines are always running. We don't have any fancy office space; just a small desk in the corner where we keep the ledger. The floor is concrete and often has a few plastic pellets scattered around. It’s not a place for visitors really, just a place for work. We have a small crew of workers who know the machines inside and out. Sometimes the power goes out, which is a bit of a headache, but we just wait for it to come back on. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything. It's just about making enough products to fill the orders. The heat can get pretty intense inside the building during the summer. We don't use any fancy marketing words to describe what we do. We just make buckets. Being near Mysore Road is good for getting the trucks in and out, though the traffic can be a nightmare sometimes. We just focus on the daily tasks and make sure everything is ready for delivery. It’s basic, hard work, and that’s pretty much the whole story of our place.
