Dial Your Cement

Dial Your Cement is located over at Shop No.6 on the 2nd Cross in Bala Chandra Layout. We are right in the Babusapalya area, not far from the Shakti Ganapati Temple. It is a quiet enough spot, though the temple brings in a lot of people on certain days. We deal with cement for all kinds of local building work. It’s funny how much cement a small neighborhood can go through when everyone is fixing up their homes. The shop is tucked away a bit, but once you know where the 2nd Cross is, it’s easy to spot us. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people who walk in. The name of the place kind of says it all. We keep it pretty basic here. There aren't any big displays or shiny signs. Just a bunch of bags and a desk where we handle the paperwork. Sometimes the layout gets a bit cramped when we have a big delivery coming in. You get used to the rhythm of the neighborhood after a while. Most of the people who come to see us live nearby or are working on sites just a few streets away. We like being near the temple because it feels like a good, solid part of the community. It’s just us doing our thing every day, making sure there is enough cement to go around for whoever is building something new and needs materials.
