Devatha General Stores

Devatha General Stores is located at 3728/3, right across from the 52 bus stand in the New Cloth Market area. Being near the bus stand means we see a lot of people coming and going all day long. Subramanya Nagar is a busy place, and the cloth market always has something happening around the corner. I opened this store because I wanted to work for myself and be my own boss. It’s a general store, so we carry a bit of everything. From soaps and shampoos to snacks and small household tools. The shop is small and the aisles are a bit narrow. You might have to squeeze past someone else to get to the items in the back. I don't mind the crowd. It makes the place feel alive. I spend a lot of my time talking to the bus drivers and the people waiting for their ride home. We don't have any fancy marketing or posters. The sign above the door is a bit faded from the sun, but everyone knows we are here. I keep a close eye on what’s running out so I can order more stock. It’s a lot of pen and paper work for me. I don't use any fancy software for the inventory. If the shelf is empty, I know it's time to buy more from the wholesaler. 3728/3 is the address, and we are usually there from early morning until late evening.
