We are located at number 27, Someshwara Nilaya, which is on the 19th Cross of the 7th Main in BTM Layout 2nd Stage. Specifically, the area is called Nspalya. If you’ve ever been to BTM, you know it’s a maze of crosses and mains. Deutsche Bank Global Services uses this spot for a lot of the behind-the-scenes work. It’s not a public-facing branch where you’d go to cash a check. It’s more of an office where we sit with our headsets and computers all day. The building, Someshwara Nilaya, has a very residential look to it, which is common for this part of Bangalore. We are in the middle of a very busy neighborhood with plenty of PG accommodations and small eateries. The 560076 area is always full of students and young workers. Inside the office, it’s fairly quiet except for the sound of typing. We don’t have any big signs or flashy lights. Most people walking by probably wouldn't even know what we do inside. We handle a lot of data and global tasks that keep the bigger bank running. It’s a lot of routine work, day in and day out. The traffic on the 7th Main can be pretty bad during peak hours, so most of us try to leave early to avoid the worst of it. It’s a simple, hardworking environment without any of the corporate polish you might expect from a global name.
