Our team is based out of 315, 5th B Cross in the OMBR Layout over in Banaswadi. It’s a pretty decent part of Bangalore to be in. We’ve got a straightforward office here where we handle various Dell-related tasks. It’s a quiet residential street, so it’s not as chaotic as being right on the main road. The building itself is just a regular structure, and we occupy a portion of it. Inside, it’s mostly just us and our equipment. We spend our days mostly on the computer, dealing with whatever software or hardware issues come across our desks. There’s no big lobby or anything impressive, just a door and our workspace. We like it that way because it’s easier to just get on with things. Sometimes we walk down to the corner to get some tea or a snack when we’ve been working for too long. The people in the office are mostly locals from around this part of the city. We don't use much fancy language; we just talk about what needs to be fixed and who is doing what. It’s a very practical environment. We have our regulars who know where we are tucked away. It feels like a small family business even though we are part of something much bigger. We just show up, do the work, and try to make sure everything stays running smoothly.
