Our kitchen is tucked away on the 2nd Cross in Balaji Nagar. It’s right near Venkateshwara Bakery if you’re trying to find us. Being in Peenya Iind Stage, we see a lot of people coming and going from the factories and shops around here. We started Deepak Caterer because we liked cooking for large groups. It’s a lot of work, honestly. Dealing with big pots and making sure everything is ready on time takes up most of our day. We aren't a big corporate company with fancy brochures. Usually, people just hear about us from their neighbors or friends who had an event. We handle the cooking and the transport of the food to wherever the party is. Thigalarapalya Main Road can get pretty crowded, so we have to plan our timing carefully so the food doesn't sit in traffic for too long. We do different kinds of local dishes. It’s mostly just us working hard in the back to make sure the rice is fluffy and the sambar has the right taste. We don’t spend money on big ads or anything. We just focus on the orders we have for the week. Sometimes it’s a small family gathering and other times it’s a bigger wedding or a function at a nearby hall. We just take it as it comes and try to do a solid job for the folks who hire us.
