Dedicated Healthcare Service

Dedicated Healthcare Service is up on the 5th floor of Brigarde Tower. Our address is 502 Sankey Road. It’s right opposite the Ramprasad Hotel so if you can find the hotel you can find us. Being on the 5th floor gives us a bit of a view but we are usually too busy to look out the window much. We handle a lot of healthcare-related tasks here. It’s a mix of paperwork and helping people figure out their medical needs. We aren't doctors ourselves but we make sure the services get to where they need to go. Sankey Road is a nice area and Brigarde Tower is a well-known building. Sometimes the elevator takes a while but that's just how it is in a busy tower. We have a small office and we try to keep things organized but sometimes files get moved around when we're in a hurry. The team here is mostly focused on making sure no one gets left behind. We don't talk about missions or visions. We just answer the phones and process the forms as they come in. It can be a bit stressful when things get busy but we manage. Most people know us because we are right across from the hotel. It’s a practical place for a practical job. We just show up and do our bit for the community every single day without needing any praise.
