Our place is in C312 at Sai Poorna Heights in Bangalore. It is a big apartment complex, and we run our operations from one of the units there. It is not the kind of office where you see a big sign on the door. We chose this spot because it is convenient and keeps our costs down. Being in Bangalore, everything is about how to get around the traffic and keeping up with the fast pace of the city. Inside our unit, it is quite relaxed. We have our computers set up and we work through our lists every day. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy lobby. If someone needs us, they usually call or email first. We spend a lot of time collaborating on projects, often sitting around the dining table that we turned into a desk. Sometimes the building maintenance staff comes by, or we hear the neighbors' kids playing in the corridor. It feels very grounded and real. We are just a small team trying to make something happen from our corner of Karnataka. We don't believe in over-complicating things. If a job needs doing, we just get it done. It might not be the most traditional way to run a business, but it works for us. We like the community at Sai Poorna Heights and the feeling of being part of the city. We hope to stay here for a good long while as things continue to grow slowly.
