D L S Real Estate is located at 81-234 on the Jp Nagar Main Road. We have been working out of this office for a good number of years now. It is a straightforward place where we handle property listings and paperwork for people in the neighborhood. The office sits right on the main road, so we get a lot of people glancing in as they walk or drive by. Inside, we have some desks for the staff and a small area with a couple of sofas for clients to sit and talk. We have maps of the local area pinned to the walls so we can show people exactly where different properties are located. It’s a busy environment, especially when the real estate market is active. We spend a lot of time on our mobile phones and coordinating with different people. The office isn't particularly fancy; it's just a functional workspace with a computer, a printer, and plenty of files. We know the streets of Jp Nagar like the back of our hands because we’ve been here so long. Most of our business comes from word of mouth or people just stopping by to see what is available. We try to keep things simple and honest when we are talking to people about houses or land. We show up every morning, get the coffee started, and see what the day brings in terms of new inquiries.
