D K Waters

D K Waters has been at 43 on 20th Main in Indira Nagar for quite some time. You might have seen us if you ever walk down this street. It is a nice area, even if it gets noisy with all the people and cars. We run our operations from a small space here. It is not much to look at, just some chairs and a lot of logbooks. Water is what we know. Every day involves a lot of coordinating and making sure the trucks are on time. Sometimes things go wrong, a pipe breaks or a driver gets stuck in traffic, and we have to scramble. That is just the nature of the job. We do not use any fancy software, just pen and paper mostly. It works for us. The neighbors are friendly, and we usually know most of the people on this block by name. We are not a big corporation with uniforms. We just wear whatever is comfortable and get to work. Indira Nagar has changed a lot since we started, with more big buildings going up. We stayed pretty much the same. Our office door is usually open unless it is too hot outside. We spend our time answering calls and fixing schedules. It is a bit repetitive but we like the routine. We stay focused on the work and do not worry about much else.
