We work out of Flat No 22 at Ganga Niliya, which is located on 3 1 E Main Road in the Ganganagar Extension. It is actually a residential apartment that we have converted into an office for Cypher Infotech Pvt Ltd. Because of that, it feels a lot more like a home than a traditional corporate office, which is something we actually quite like. We do not have a massive sign on the building or a lobby with a receptionist. You just walk up the stairs and you will find us there. The space can feel a little bit cramped when the whole team is in at the same time, but we have learned how to manage it. We have desks tucked into almost every corner and there are wires running across the floor in a few places. It is a bit disorganized, but that is just what happens when we are focused on our tasks. Ganganagar is a pretty nice area and it stays relatively quiet for most of the day. We can hear the birds outside before the traffic on the main road starts to pick up. We do not have a cafeteria, so we usually just bring our own lunch boxes from home. Working in a flat makes us feel like a small family. We know each other's moods and how everyone likes their coffee. It is a very simple and honest way to work for all of us.
