Cuisine Classica is located in Om Nagar 1567, right by the Sahar Pipeline in HSR Layout. It's a place where we focus on food. We have been here for a bit now, serving the local crowd. The kitchen is the main part of the shop, and we keep it as organized as we can. It’s a straightforward setup with some tables for people to sit at. We don't have fancy menus with glossy pictures. Instead, we just cook what we know how to make well. The area around the pipeline can get a bit dusty, but we keep the inside clean. We get our vegetables from the market nearby every morning. The staff is just a few of us who have worked in kitchens for a long time. We don't wear those tall white hats or anything. Just aprons and comfortable shoes because we are on our feet all day. Some days are very busy, especially during lunch, and you might have to wait a little for a seat. We try to get the food out quickly while it's still hot. It’s a honest kind of place. We don't use any secret ingredients or anything like that, just regular spices and fresh stuff. People from the offices nearby often come in for a quick bite. We like being in HSR Layout because there is always something going on. It’s a good spot for a small business like ours to just exist and serve the neighborhood. That is it.
