It’s a bit of a long name we have, Csa Private Ltd Us Army Based Kuwait, but we operate from here in Trivandrum. Specifically, we are at Unniparambath Pra 58A in the Parottukonam area near Nalanchira. It’s a quiet part of Kerala, which is nice for getting work done. Our office is basically a house that we converted into a workspace. It feels more comfortable that way. We deal with stuff related to things happening quite far away, but we handle the local side of it from here. There are a few of us who come in every morning. We usually sit in the main room and go through the logs. The yard outside has some trees, so it stays relatively cool even in the summer. We don't have a big corporate sign or anything like that. People mostly find us through word of mouth or if they already know the address. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don’t have fancy uniforms or strict rules about everything. As long as the work gets finished, we’re happy. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we just have to be patient. We enjoy being based in Nalanchira because it’s peaceful. Our neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down. It’s a straightforward setup and we like it that way. We make our own coffee in the small kitchen and just keep things moving along.
