Crystal Water Supply

Crystal Water Supply is based out of number 393 on the 9th Main in the Viveknagar Layout. This area has a lot of small houses and narrow lanes that crisscross each other. Our office is right in the middle of it all. It’s a ground-floor spot, which makes it easier for people to drop by. We’ve got a lot of maps and charts on the walls to keep track of where everything is going. The floor is made of old red oxide that stays cool even when the sun is beating down outside. There’s always a bit of a buzz in the air here, mostly from the phones ringing and the staff discussing schedules. We don't have a big fancy sign out front, just a small one so people know they’ve found the right place. The 9th Main can get quite congested with parked vehicles, so we often have to help move bikes around. We’ve been in Viveknagar for a long time, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. There’s a small park nearby where we sometimes go to sit for ten minutes if the office feels too cramped. We keep a stash of biscuits in the drawer for when someone gets hungry. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment. We just focus on getting the water to where it needs to be every single day without making a big fuss about it. That's just how we operate. It's a simple life but it keeps us very busy from morning till evening.
