We set up shop at 18, 50 Ft Main Road in Muneshwara T Block. That’s over in Girinagar, Bangalore 560 085. It’s a busy spot, and we’ve gotten used to the noise of the main road by now. We focus on water purity systems for the homes and small shops around this area. My cousin and I started this because we saw everyone struggling with their taps and filters. It’s not the most glamorous job, crawling under sinks and checking pipes, but someone has to do it. We try to keep our prices fair because we know everyone is watching their budget these days. Most of our day is spent driving the van around Girinagar and the nearby blocks. Sometimes we get calls from further out, but we prefer staying local so we can get home at a decent hour. The shop itself is pretty small, mostly filled with boxes of cartridges and different types of tubing. We don't have a receptionist, so if you call, you’re usually talking to one of us while we’re middle of a job. If we miss a call, we try to get back as soon as we can wash the grease off our hands. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Bangalore, just a reliable one for the folks on our street and the surrounding blocks. It’s been a few years now, and we’ve gotten to know the regulars pretty well.
