Our place is located right here in Bangalore, Karnataka. We’ve been working with water systems for quite some time now under the name Crystal Aqua Purity Systems Caps. It's a bit of a long name, but most people just know us as the guys who deal with the water filters. We aren't a big corporation or anything, just a local setup trying to help out with the water quality issues we all deal with in the city. Every day is different, some days we are stuck in the office and other days we are out visiting customers all over Bangalore 40. The weather gets hot, and everyone wants their water purifiers working perfectly, so we stay on our toes. We don't have a fancy showroom, just a functional space where we keep our tools and supplies. Dealing with plumbing and filtration means things can get a bit messy sometimes, but we try to keep things organized. We've learned a lot over the years about which systems work better for the specific type of water we have in this part of India. It’s practical work. We don't use big words or try to sell people stuff they don't actually need. If a filter can be cleaned, we clean it. If it’s broken, we say so. We just want to keep things running for the people who rely on us. It’s a simple way to make a living and we appreciate the people who keep coming back to us.
