Our office and workspace is located at number 19 in the Hind Saurashtra Industrial Estate. That’s on M V Road, in the Jayanagar area of Andheri East. Being in an industrial estate means there’s a lot of activity around us all the time. You hear trucks loading and unloading and people moving things about. At Crossfields Water Purifiers, we have a decent-sized space to work in. It’s mostly filled with components for water systems. We spend our time putting these things together and checking that they don't leak. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s necessary. The air in the estate can be a bit heavy with the smell of nearby factories, but you get used to it. We have a small team here. Most of us have been working together for years, so we don't need to say much to get the day started. We just know the routine. The office part is just a couple of desks and a filing cabinet that’s seen better days. We don't worry too much about the decor. We’re more focused on getting the orders ready and making sure they get to where they’re going. Andheri East is a busy hub, so getting in and out can be a chore sometimes with the traffic. But we like the location. It’s central enough for what we do. We’re just at unit 19, doing our daily tasks and keeping things moving. We just take it day by day and do the work.
