Creative Constructios

We are based at 7Sp Nilaya on Sri Vinayaka Road in Bendre Nagar. It’s part of the Bsk 2nd Stage area here in Bangalore. Creative Constructios is a small operation. We focus on the building side of things. The name on our paperwork is spelled a bit differently, but we’re the same people who’ve been working in this neighborhood for years. Our office is on a regular residential road, so it feels more like a home than a business sometimes. We have piles of bricks or samples of tiles lying around occasionally. Bangalore is growing so fast, and we are just happy to have our small part in it. We do the kind of work that involves getting your hands dirty. We aren't big on meetings or long presentations. We’d rather be on-site looking at the foundation or checking the masonry. It’s a lot of physical labor and managing schedules. Some days the weather messes up our plans, but that’s just how it goes in this line of work. We try to be fair and do a decent job for everyone who comes to us. Most of our clients are people from around Bendre Nagar or Kadirenahalli who just need a reliable crew to get a job finished. We spend most of our mornings organizing the labor and making sure everyone knows which site they are heading to for the day.
