You can find us on the 2nd floor at 140 Aswath Nagar, right in the Marathahalli area. It’s a busy part of town, and the noise from the street usually makes it up to our windows throughout the afternoon. Corporate Hr Solution is basically a small team of us sitting around desks piled high with resumes and folders. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit steep, so we usually tell people to take their time coming up. We spend our days talking to people who are looking for work and trying to figure out where they might fit in. It’s a lot of phone calls and emails, honestly. Sometimes the internet acts up because of the local construction, but we manage to get things done eventually. The office isn't very large, so we all hear each other's conversations, which can be a bit much when it's busy. We’ve got a small pantry area where the microwave usually smells like someone’s lunch, and the water cooler is the main spot where we take breaks. It is a straightforward setup without any of those modern office gadgets you see in movies. We just focus on the people who walk through the door looking for a chance at a new job. Marathahalli is a good spot for us because so many folks live nearby. We’ve been here long enough that the local chai wallah knows exactly how we like our tea.
