We are tucked away in Banaswadi, which is a part of Bangalore that still feels a bit like a neighborhood. Our office is at number 25 on 2nd B Cross in the PNS Layout. It’s a residential area, so it’s mostly quiet except for when the kids at East Point School are on their break. You can hear them playing and shouting from just behind our building. It’s a simple house that has been converted into an office space. We have a small garden in the front that we try to keep alive, though the Bangalore dust makes it hard. Inside, the rooms are quite small but they work for us. We have the usual setup of computers, power strips, and a few whiteboards for scribbling notes. The floor is tiled and stays cool even when the sun is out. We don't have a big corporate sign, just a small one near the gate so people don't miss the turn. Most of us arrive on scooters and park them in the driveway. It’s a very casual environment. We don't wear suits or anything like that. Usually, it’s just jeans and t-shirts. We have a small kitchen area where we make our own coffee and heat up our lunch. It’s a comfortable place to spend the day without all the stress of a big office park. We just do our work.
