Thriphala Ayurveda Spa Consultancy is located at No. 101alpha inside the Carleston building on Carleston Street. This part of Cooke Town has a lot of old charm, and our building fits right in with that. We aren't a massive spa with dozens of staff members. It’s a smaller consultancy where we talk to people about their health and give Ayurvedic treatments. The rooms are simple and we try to keep them tidy, but it's a working space with oil bottles and towels everywhere. Carleston Street is usually pretty calm, which helps with the vibe we want. We don't have any big neon signs or anything like that. People usually find us through word of mouth or by seeing the small sign by the entrance. The building itself has some old-fashioned features that we’ve just left as they are. We spend a lot of time mixing different herbal preparations and talking to folks who walk in. It's not a corporate environment at all. We might be mid-conversation about the weather or the local news when you come in. We’ve been in Bangalore for a while and like being in this specific neighborhood. It feels more personal than being in a mall or a big commercial tower. We just focus on the Ayurveda side of things and keep everything else basic.
