Our office for Convergeon Hr Services is situated at 224 Ashraya, which is on 7th Cross in Indiranagar 1st Stage. Being near Honey Bakery is a good landmark because almost everyone in this part of Bangalore knows where that is. We spend our days here dealing with all kinds of HR tasks. The building is a bit older, but it has a solid feel to it. Indiranagar is always a fast-paced area with lots of people moving around and plenty of places to grab a quick coffee or a snack during the afternoon break. Inside the office, things are usually pretty quiet unless the phones are ringing off the hook. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It is just a workspace where we get things sorted for the companies and workers we talk to. Working in the 1st Stage means we are close to the main roads but the 7th Cross itself is tucked away enough that we don't get all the main road noise. We have been at this Ashraya address for a bit and the neighbors are mostly other small businesses and some houses. It feels like a normal workplace where the staff knows each other well. We handle the files, talk to candidates, and try to keep up with the daily pile of emails. It is honest work and we do it right here in the heart of the city.
