Convate Consultancy

We are based out of a building in Nanja Reddy Colony, specifically at 11 A Cross in Bangalore 17. It’s a typical Bangalore street, narrow and sometimes a bit hard to park on if you have a big car. We do consultancy work, which mostly involves being on the computer or the phone for most of the day. The office is pretty simple, with some desks pushed against the walls and a lot of wires running for the internet and phones. We don't have a reception area or anything like that; you just walk in and one of us will be there. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it feels quite calm during the day, except for the occasional delivery bike zooming past. We’ve been here for a while now, and the office has that lived-in feel with coffee mugs on the tables and notes taped to the monitors. It’s not a corporate skyscraper, just a local spot where we try to help people with their career stuff or whatever they need from us. We handle a lot of emails and have people coming in for interviews or just to drop off their papers. It’s a bit of a walk from the main bus stop, but once you find the cross, it is easy to spot the building. We just keep our heads down and do the work as it comes in each day.
