Control Devices

Our workshop is at 16 B on 6th Cross, just off Magadi Road. It’s a busy industrial area with lots of small units like ours. We deal with control devices of all kinds. The building isn't much to look at from the outside. Inside, it's full of parts, wires, and testing boards. We've been here for years. Magadi Road is always loud with trucks and traffic noise. We just get on with our work. Some days we are putting together panels. Other days we are troubleshooting old equipment that has stopped working. It’s a practical job. We wear old clothes because things get greasy and dusty. We don't have a receptionist. If the door is open, just come in and find someone. We handle orders for small shops and some bigger places too. It’s mostly just us and a few tools that we've had for a long time. We try to stay organized but it gets messy when we are in the middle of a big project. The 6th Cross is a bit quieter than the main road at least. We just do the work as it comes and try to be fair with everyone. It's a steady life. No big dramas here. Just trying to keep the controls working for whoever needs them today. We usually wrap up around six and head home. It is honest work and we enjoy being part of the local trade.
