You can find us at Consultin Engineering Services I Pvt Ltd, at 85, 4th Cross in the JP Nagar 7th Phase area of Bangalore. We are in the Gouravanagar section. The office is actually part of a house owned by Cmahadevaiah, so it feels more like a home than a stiff office building. Shashi Kumarc runs things here. We deal with engineering stuff, mostly looking at plans and checking calculations for various projects. Bangalore is full of engineering firms, but we like being in this quieter part of JP Nagar. The 5th Main Road is usually busy, but once you turn into our cross, it gets much calmer. We have a couple of desks set up with computers and a big table for laying out blueprints. We’ve been here for a bit now, and the neighbors are all used to seeing people come and go with rolls of drawings. It’s a small operation, really. We don’t go for the high-rise office feel because this works better for us. We can focus on the technical details without too much distraction. Sometimes we have to head out to sites to see how the construction is going, but mostly we are right here in Gouravanagar. If you’re looking for the place, look for the house with the many trees in front. It’s a decent spot to work and we’ve gotten used to the layout of the 7th Phase over the years. We often end up staying late to double-check the figures before a big deadline.
