Connectpro Managment Consultants is located at number 35 Sriranganilaya. We are on the 2nd Main, 3rd Cross, in the DRC Post area of Bangalore. It is a bit of a residential feel around here, which we prefer over the crowded downtown areas. The office is in a building that looks like a regular house from the outside. We have been here in Bangalore 29 for a while. Our work involves management consulting, so there are always lots of folders and documents laying around on the desks. It isn't the most organized place in the world, but we know where everything is. The rooms are a bit small and we sometimes have to move chairs around to make space for everyone. There is a small garden area near the entrance that is nice to sit in when the weather is good. We don't have a dedicated reception desk, so if someone comes by, whoever is closest to the door just gets up to see who it is. It is a very informal way of doing things but it suits our personality. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy office. We just provide advice and help businesses manage their stuff. It’s a quiet life for the most part, apart from the usual city noises you get in Bangalore. Most of the people working here have been around for years, so it feels more like a small community than a corporate office. We just get on with it.
