Connect Pro Search

Connect Pro Search is based out of Bandi Nayak G over in the Manasoraver area of Dodona Kkundi here in Bangalore. It is a bit of a way out for some people but we like the spot. The address is pretty easy to find once you are in the right neighborhood in Karnataka. We spend our time looking for people to fill jobs, which is basically what the search part of our name is about. It involves a lot of phone calls and looking at lists on the screen. The office has a few chairs for visitors and enough space for the staff to keep their things. We don't have a big sign out front, just a regular door like everyone else. The weather in Bangalore is usually okay but the commute to this part of town can be a real headache during peak hours. We usually have the radio playing quietly in the background while we work. It’s not a high-pressure environment with people shouting, mostly just quiet typing and the occasional chat about what to have for lunch. We keep things pretty simple around here because that is how we like to work. No one wears suits unless they really have to for a meeting outside. Most days it is just jeans and shirts and getting through the pile of resumes we have on the desk. It is a basic setup but it gets the job done for us and the people we help. We stay busy most days.
