Our office is at No 42 in Friends Enclave, which is tucked away in the Bellandur area. If you live in Bangalore, you know Bellandur is usually famous for its traffic and the IT parks, but our little corner is actually quite manageable. Friends Enclave is a bit of a quieter pocket compared to the main roads. We have been based here for a while now, and it has become like a second home to the staff. It’s not a shiny glass building like the ones you see down the road. It’s just a regular house that we converted into a workspace. We have got some old wooden tables and chairs that have been with us since we started. The vibe is very informal. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting room. Usually, if someone comes by, they just walk in and find whoever they are looking for. We spend a lot of time just working through our lists and making sure things are handled. Sometimes we sit out on the small porch during lunch just to get some air. It’s a very practical way of doing things. We don't care much for corporate titles or fancy meetings. We just want to get the job done right so we can go home to our families at the end of the day. No 42 is just where we happen to do that. It works for us, and it has worked for a long time.
