Our place is called Ramalaya, located at 16 6 on Binny Crescent Road. It’s in Benson Town, which is one of the older, quieter parts of Bangalore 46. We’ve been here for quite some time now. The building itself has been around for a while and it has that old-school feel to it. We aren't into the whole modern office look with the glass and the bright lights. We prefer it this way. It’s more relaxed. We have a couple of desks and a lot of old files that we probably should have cleared out years ago. But they stay there. Most of our day is spent just managing the usual stuff that comes across our desks. We don't have any big slogans or goals we talk about in meetings. To be honest, we don't really have meetings at all. We just talk across the room to each other. It’s a very small team, and we’ve all known each other for years. We just focus on getting through the list of things to do. Sometimes the traffic on the crescent road gets a bit jammed up, but inside it’s usually pretty calm. We like the trees around here; they keep the place cool. We just keep our heads down and do what’s expected of us. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business. We don't need anything more than that to be satisfied with our day's work. It's just home to us now.
