This whole thing started mostly online through the email Agnilajain Gmailcom. We don't really have a big physical shopfront where people come to visit. It’s mostly just us working from where we can and keeping track of everything digitally. It’s a bit of a different way to run things compared to the old days, but it works for what we do. We spend a lot of time checking messages and making sure we haven't missed anything important. It can get a bit overwhelming when the inbox fills up, but we just take it one at a time. We don't have a big fancy office with a view. Usually, it’s just someone sitting at a kitchen table or a small desk in a corner somewhere. We don't have any big speeches to give about what we do. It’s just a lot of typing and clicking and making sure the details are right. Sometimes the internet goes out and we have to wait a bit, which is frustrating but that’s life. We try to be as straightforward as possible with anyone who writes to us. There isn't a team of experts, just a couple of people who know how to handle the work. We’ve been doing this for a bit now and we’ve found a rhythm that fits our lives. It’s practical and it keeps the lights on. We don't need a lot of flashy gadgets to get the job done right. Most days we just stick to what we know and it works out fine.
