You can find us on the first floor of building 279 in Cambridge Layout, Bangalore. We are specifically on 2nd Cross. This neighborhood is one of those parts of Bangalore that still has some of the old charm left, with big trees and narrower streets. Our office is a simple one-floor setup. It’s not one of those massive tech parks you see in other parts of the city. We prefer it this way. It feels more personal. We have been here for a couple of years and we’ve gotten used to the sound of the rain on the roof during monsoon season. The space is a bit cramped because we have accumulated a lot of equipment over time, but we know where everything is. We are just a small team of people. We don’t have meetings about meetings. We just talk across the room when something needs to be done. Most of us take the bus or ride our bikes to work. Traffic in Bangalore is as bad as they say, so we try to be flexible with our hours. We don't have a big sign outside. If you’re looking for us, you have to look for the number on the gate. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy address. We just want to do good work and stay out of the chaos of the city as much as possible. It is a quiet street mostly, until the school nearby lets out and then it’s a bit of a scramble. We’ve got some old maps on the wall and a lot of empty coffee mugs sitting around. It’s a normal, human place to be.
