Confidential It Mnc Cmmi Level 5

Our office is right on Hosur Main Road, which means we’re always right in the middle of all the noise and traffic. It’s a big IT MNC setup, but inside our specific area, it feels a bit more regular. We have the CMMI Level 5 tag, but on a daily basis, we’re just people trying to fix bugs and write code. The building is large, and sometimes you get lost trying to find a specific meeting room. The canteen is where everyone ends up at some point, mostly just to complain about the commute or talk about the weekend. We have a lot of cubicles, and people decorate them with photos or small toys. It’s not very fancy, just a lot of grey and white. The elevators take forever in the morning when everyone is trying to get to their floor at the same time. We spend a lot of our lives here, so we try to make it as comfortable as we can. There’s a lot of coffee being drunk throughout the day. We follow a lot of processes, but sometimes things still get a bit chaotic when a deadline is close. It’s a busy place with a lot of movement. You see people walking around with laptops all the time. It’s just how things are on Hosur Road. We get our work done and then join the long line of cars to go home. It's a lot of work, but we just keep at it.
