Confident Group

If you are looking for us, we are over at 812 Samanna Garden in JP Nagar 5th Phase. Bangalore is a big city, but our corner of it feels a bit more like a community. Confident Group isn't a massive organization with hundreds of employees. It is just a handful of us who have been working together for several years now. Our office is tucked away in a spot that isn't too loud, which is nice when you need to concentrate on a difficult task. We don’t have a mission statement on the wall or any of that stuff. We just have a calendar with deadlines and a list of things to do. We eat our lunch together most days and talk about things like local news or what we’re doing over the weekend. The space we work in is a bit cramped because we have a lot of files and equipment, but it’s cozy in its own way. We don't try to impress people with big words or polished presentations. If someone asks what we do, we just explain it as simply as we can. It’s a very grounded way to run a business. We appreciate the people who come to see us and we try to treat everyone fairly. It’s just how we were raised and how we like to work. It keeps us busy and gives us a sense of purpose.
