You can find our office at No.21 in BTM Layout 2nd Stage, right there on the Ring Road. Concord Builtmat Pvt Ltd is the name we use for all our official business. Being located on the 1st Phase of the Ring Road means there is a constant roar of traffic outside our windows. It is something you eventually stop hearing after you have worked here for a few months. We spend a big chunk of our day looking over building materials and talking to contractors who always seem to be in a massive hurry. It is a fast-paced neighborhood, but we try to keep things a bit more relaxed once you get inside our doors. We have a small team here and most of us have been at this location for quite a while. The office is pretty basic and does not have any fancy decorations. It has some desks, a few samples of the materials we carry, and an old coffee machine that makes a very strange rattling noise every time you turn it on. We do not put on any acts for anyone. If we have the stock you need, we will tell you right away. If we do not have it, we will be honest about that too. Most of the day is spent on the telephone or checking the numbers in the warehouse. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and wait, talking about the cricket scores.
