We’ve been at this spot in Subbanna Garden for a while now. It’s a quiet enough area, and most people around here know the Manjunatha Nilaya building where we set up shop on the 2nd Main. We do our work, keep things moving, and try not to get too caught up in the noise of the city. Vijayanagara is a busy place, but our little corner on 5th Cross stays pretty grounded. We started small, just handling what came our way, and that’s mostly how we still operate today. There isn’t a fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just us and our desks, getting through the daily tasks. If you’re looking for us, we’re right there in the residential stretch, which makes for a calm atmosphere most mornings. We don’t really do big speeches or complicated presentations. We just focus on the projects in front of us. It gets a bit crowded on the main roads sometimes, so we appreciate being tucked away a bit. People stop by, we talk about what needs doing, and we get to it. It’s a straightforward way of running things, and it works for us. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit over the years, but our spot remains the same. It's a practical setup, nothing more, nothing less. We keep the lights on and keep working away on whatever the day brings without much fuss.
