Compass Bpo

You can find our office in the Gokula area of Bangalore. We are specifically located at 312 B, 1st Stage, on the 1st Cross in the 2nd Phase. Gokula is a nice part of town, not as chaotic as the very center but still pretty lively during the day. Our space for Compass Bpo is pretty straightforward and simple. It’s a standalone building where we’ve taken up some space to run our daily operations. The interior is just rows of desks and a lot of wiring for the computers and the phones we use. We don't spend much time worrying about the decor or making it look like a showroom. It's more about having a reliable place to sit and get things done. The street outside is mostly residential, so you see people going about their daily lives, which is a nice change from those sterile office parks. There is a small park nearby where some of us walk during the lunch break if the weather is okay. The stairs in the building are a bit steep, but we are all used to them by now. We have a small water cooler area where most of the office chatter happens. It feels like a very local, neighborhood business rather than something big and distant. We don’t have a big HR department or a fancy cafeteria. We just manage things ourselves and make sure the work gets done. It’s a simple, honest way to run our daily business.
