We are located at Uma Admirality, which is building number one on Bannerghatta Road. Compact Innovation Avenues Private Limited takes up space on the 4th floor. It’s in BTM 1st stage, a part of town that always feels like it’s moving. Being on the fourth floor gives us a bit of a view, though it’s mostly just other buildings and the traffic down on the road. We’ve been in this office for a bit. It’s a simple setup with desks and chairs and the usual office things. We don’t spend much time on decorations or making things look fancy. The work is what matters to us. Bannerghatta Road is usually packed, so getting here in the morning is always an adventure. We’ve grown used to the noise and the pace of the area. It’s a good spot for us because everything is close by. We don’t have a big mission statement on the wall. We just come in and do our jobs. Most days are pretty similar, just working through whatever is on the desk. We are just a group of people trying to do decent work in a busy city.
