Colt Technology Services

Down in Navi Mumbai, we’ve got our office in Magno Lia at Adhiraj Gardens. We are in units 801 and 802, which gives us enough room to breathe without it feeling empty. Kharghar is a bit of a trek for some of us, but it’s a nice area once you get here. Colt Technology Services is what’s written on our mail, but inside the office, it’s just a group of people trying to keep things organized. The wind can get quite strong coming off the hills around here, especially during the monsoon season. We spend a lot of time on the computers, as you might expect, but we make sure to take breaks and talk about things other than work. It’s not a high-pressure environment with people shouting into phones. It’s actually quite calm most of the time. We don't have a lot of decorative stuff on the walls, just a few calendars and some notes pinned up. We prefer the practical side of things. If you walked in, you’d probably just see a few people focused on their screens and maybe someone making a round of tea. It’s a steady kind of life here in 410210. We don't try to impress anyone with big words or polished speeches. We just handle the technology services as they come in and try to be helpful whenever we can. It’s a decent way to earn a living.
