Our office is over in BTM 1st Stage, specifically in the Maruthi Nagar area of Bangalore. If you know this part of the city, you know it is always packed with people and energy. Cognizant Technologies Solutions fits right into the mix here. We are a group of people who enjoy working on tech and we've set up shop in this neighborhood because it’s convenient for everyone. The office itself is pretty simple. We have our desks, our computers, and plenty of power outlets. We don't spend much time worrying about how the place looks to outsiders. What matters to us is that the internet is fast and the coffee is decent. Bangalore traffic can be a real headache, so we usually try to time our commutes so we aren't stuck on the road for hours. Maruthi Nagar has some great places to eat, so lunch breaks are usually the highlight of the day. We don't do any of that fancy corporate branding. We just focus on solving whatever technical issues come our way. Most of us have been here for a while and we know the area like the back of our hand. It is a good place to be if you are into technology. We just keep things practical and try to get through our tasks without making a big fuss about it every single day.
