Our place is in Halasuru, Bangalore-8, specifically in Saraswathipura. It’s a bit of an older part of the city. We are at number 130, which used to be Old Number 8, down the 1st Cross of Appaiah Garden. If you know Bangalore, you know how confusing the old and new numbering can be for visitors. CLPD has been operating from this little corner for a while. The garden area is quite peaceful compared to the noisy main roads. We mostly deal with property and land development. The office is a bit old-fashioned, with wooden desks and a lot of registers piled up. We don't really use much of the new-age software if we can help it; we like keeping things on paper. Most of our neighbors are people who have lived here for decades. We often have people just dropping in for a chat or to ask about some land nearby. It is a very local way of doing business. We aren't interested in being some giant corporation with a skyscraper. We like our 1st Cross location and the fact that we can walk to the local shops for lunch. The work keeps us busy enough, and we have a small team that handles the paperwork and site visits. It is just a regular office doing regular work in a quiet part of Bangalore. We’ve been here a long time and we just do our thing.
